It is for JV Plant at Greater Noida
        Responsible for overall site operations of the plant
        Serves as the key advisor on Operational Excellence policies, practices and other matters. This would include Business System implementation, quality initiatives, lean implementation, cost out, procurement and other programs leading to significant improvements in safety, product quality, on-time delivery, cost competitiveness and overall customer satisfaction.
        Develops, trains, and retains a strong leadership team.
        Contributes to business strategy development and operational execution of business plans.
        Develops programs and initiatives that support the business strategies and plans of CVS.
        Establishes a manufacturing strategy based upon the product portfolio and customer requirements.
        Defines guidelines for core manufacturing competencies and assists in determining the core competencies and those processes which are a commodity/free-market opportunity and may be outsourced.
        Performs manufacturing capability analysis for all machinery and improvement plans where gaps exist.
        Aligns manufacturing strategy implementation to AOP and determines the cost out, time, and quality improvement impact.
        Interfaces with key functional and business leaders within CVS, and counterparts at other parts of the world and groups.
        Participates in Continuous Improvement, Business Excellence, and other corporate groups.
        Establishes and maintains constructive relationship with other CVS plants.
        Develops a BSR consistent with the BSR’s for the businesses served and the Envisioned Future.
        Meets all AOP and BSR commitments including financial, quality, and delivery goals; environmental and safety goals, and human resources development goals
        Commits to improvement of business processes.
        Responsible for maintaining all statutory compliances requirements of the Plant.

Candidate Profile-
        B.S./B.E. Degree in engineering, with MS/MBA preferable
        A minimum of ten (10) years experience in an operational leadership/management role in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality engineering / management experiences
        A sound knowledge of quality and continuous improvement philosophy, quality standards, quality needs and strategic planning, customer satisfaction, project management, statistical method and problem solving methodologies
        Working experience in auto industry preferred
        Practical knowledge of 6 Sigma, TPM / Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, Interpersonal Communications, Leadership Skills Development, ISQ/QS
        Materials Management and Purchasing Responsibility
        Plant Management experience
        Product Engineering
        Demonstrated strategic ability, business acumen and change leadership capability.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skill
        Experience in joint venture or multitask management roles
        Experience with product development industrialization process
        Ability to represent the operation at customer and suppliers
        Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, relationships and leverage diversity in a global enterprise
        Senior leadership consulting, influencing and coaching skills
        Demonstrated ability to influence the directions and attainment of objectives without having direct control over resources
        Working knowledge of financial systems
        Highly skilled in assessment, selection and organizational diagnosis
        Demonstrated success in building organizational capability and upgrading the leadership talent
        Strong interpersonal communication skills are mandatory
        JV and acquisition background preferred
