Responsibilities-

The Commercial & Finance Manager (CFM) role will be a key function in the delivery and profitability of Pune Operations. 
-The CFM will be responsible for monitoring and reporting of commercial/financial performance and will act as a Business Analyst, partnering with Director of Pune Operations and other business heads in all major commercial decisions.
Design and implement strong policies, processes and internal controls for the commercial and financial activities of the Pune operations in accordance with Global guidelines to promote strong business discipline and compliance.
        Understanding business, its key drivers and the impact on the business of the company and drive company policies effectively.
        Monitor business performance (revenue/profit/overhead/utilization/backlog & other KPIs), investigate variances and provide analysis of differences with focus on improving performance.
        Own the planning and budgeting process for Pune operations and provide accurate forecasts aligned to strategic plans.
        Act as a commercial auditor, undertake regular audits and work on deep dive requests from business unit leaders and report findings.
        Generate strong incisive management analysis reports which would provide strong insights to all stakeholders.
        Manage intercompany agreements, billing and related activities to ensure strict compliance with statutory and the corporate guidelines. 
        Lead, develop and motivate a team of commercial and finance analysts.
        Outside of the above requirements there will be an opportunity to be involved in various other projects to support the growth of the business including M&A, due diligence, etc.


Candidate Profile-
        CA/ICWA/MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience managing overall Commercial Finance function.  Experience in large project management/EPC environment would be a big plus. 
        Proven track record in contributing to the improvement of business performance, profitability and control of commercial risk in previous roles.
        Strong business and commercial acumen & analyzing capability.
        Ability to evaluate, assess, depict and discuss Business KPI Trends
        Good communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
        Strong leadership skills with proven capability of working in a matrix environment, leading by influence at the same time working at a detail level.

Responsibilities-
It is for JV Plant at Greater Noida
        Responsible for overall site operations of the plant
        Serves as the key advisor on Operational Excellence policies, practices and other matters. This would include Business System implementation, quality initiatives, lean implementation, cost out, procurement and other programs leading to significant improvements in safety, product quality, on-time delivery, cost competitiveness and overall customer satisfaction.
        Develops, trains, and retains a strong leadership team.
        Contributes to business strategy development and operational execution of business plans.
        Develops programs and initiatives that support the business strategies and plans of CVS.
        Establishes a manufacturing strategy based upon the product portfolio and customer requirements.
        Defines guidelines for core manufacturing competencies and assists in determining the core competencies and those processes which are a commodity/free-market opportunity and may be outsourced.
        Performs manufacturing capability analysis for all machinery and improvement plans where gaps exist.
        Aligns manufacturing strategy implementation to AOP and determines the cost out, time, and quality improvement impact.
        Interfaces with key functional and business leaders within CVS, and counterparts at other parts of the world and groups.
        Participates in Continuous Improvement, Business Excellence, and other corporate groups.
        Establishes and maintains constructive relationship with other CVS plants.
        Develops a BSR consistent with the BSR’s for the businesses served and the Envisioned Future.
        Meets all AOP and BSR commitments including financial, quality, and delivery goals; environmental and safety goals, and human resources development goals
        Commits to improvement of business processes.
        Responsible for maintaining all statutory compliances requirements of the Plant.


Candidate Profile-
        B.S./B.E. Degree in engineering, with MS/MBA preferable
        A minimum of ten (10) years experience in an operational leadership/management role in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality engineering / management experiences
        A sound knowledge of quality and continuous improvement philosophy, quality standards, quality needs and strategic planning, customer satisfaction, project management, statistical method and problem solving methodologies
        Working experience in auto industry preferred
        Practical knowledge of 6 Sigma, TPM / Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, Interpersonal Communications, Leadership Skills Development, ISQ/QS
        Materials Management and Purchasing Responsibility
        Plant Management experience
        Product Engineering
        Demonstrated strategic ability, business acumen and change leadership capability.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skill
        Experience in joint venture or multitask management roles
        Experience with product development industrialization process
