Responsibilities-

•            Needs to drive a Lean Six sigma Core team.
•            Involved in the development of Training Material for Lean Manufacturing.
•            Act as "Leader - Operations excellence” – Participation in External Presentations & competitions.

§  Support project selection Process

§  Involved in Black Belt selection.

§  Review Black Belt projects before closure.

§  Quality assurance for Lean Six Sigma.

§  Sharing of Best Practices of Lean Six sigma Projects.

§  Networking with all Master Black belts across India.

§  Functionally Report to VP-Operations.

• Driving Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TPM & Innovation in the Organization
• Leading change in the Organization
• Leading value addition projects by Lean Manufacturing methodology
• Mentoring of Green belt Projects
• Leading TPM Umbrella projects
• Mentoring of Engineers in KAIZEN Projects.
• Achieving target Project completion lead time
• Achieving planned Savings of Black & Green belt Projects
• Training Black belts & Green belts
• Training of Green belts in Project Management.
• Zero loss studies to reduce other losses in Channel efficiency.
• Leading Lean Six Sigma black belt Umbrella Projects.
• Project cluster management and running Lean Six Sigma strategic projects

& driving Implementation of Operational & Quality Excellence in all concerned Platforms across India Operations.

Candidate Profile-

Experience:  Minimum 15-20 yrs.

Qualification: B.E.(Mech/ Automobile).

Coaching & Mentoring of Black Belts & Green belts, Champions & Business management in Lean Six Sigma.
