Post Offered- Asst. Manager-Customer Support
Total Positions- 01
CTC Offered- Rs. 5.0 to 6.0 Lacks Per Annum.
Location- Lucknow
Age Group- 25 to 32 years.
Total Experience- 5 to 10 years.
Qualification- Diploma / BE (Mechanical /Automobile)
Industry-Automobile
Functional Area- Customer Service Deliver/ Sales & Marketing
Product- Auto Parts
Management-   L04 Middle

Responsibilities-
Responsible for customer support by maintaining appropriate stock level, ensuring quality & bringing down the rejection level.
          Scheduling
?        Monthly schedule and commitment will be provided by , judiciously plan & execute the schedules
?        Need to coordinate with TM personnel for following:
?        To ensure GRN is made for all axles and Brakes which are in-warded at -Lucknow.
?        To get four weeks split from monthly schedule and monitor with dispatches
?        To get day wise vehicle rolling plan and match with stock and commitment
        Stock of Axles/Brakes
?        One week stock will be maintained. Any excess stock should be brought to the notice of Marketing team for further action
?        Non moving axles and brakes have to be identified and to report to Marketing team.
?        Stock statement has to be given by every weekend (on some specific day)
        Quality
?        Any rejection should be brought to the notice to QA team within 12 hours and action to be initiated
        Finance
?        Bills have to submitted to accounts payable at TM.
?        Processing of payment to be closely followed
?        Reconciliation of debit notes has to be followed
?        Need to get CFORMS payable list
        Stillages
?        Accounting of spillages have to be monitored
?        Empty pallets return have to be monitored with transporter


Candidate Profile-
        Diploma / BE (Mechanical /Automobile)
        Work experience in Automotive Industry
        5-7 yrs of experience in the field of sales & marketing.

Responsibilities-
  • He will responsible for developing exports of cables from India to other parts of Asia & Middle East. Person can operate from Chennai or Delhi or Mumbai

Role:-
  • Identifying markets in the Asia/Middle East region for exports
  • Market and competitor study in those markets
  • Establish and maintain a sales budget;
  • Set up monthly Sales and Marketing plans
  • Keep abreast of and monitor market activity and competitor activity;
  • Participate in industry events
  • Coordination with Production and Logistics
  • Export commercials
  • Sales MIS Preparation.

Candidate Profile-
Minimum should have 7+ year’s experience in Sales & marketing Industrial Product with at least 5 years in cables. Experience of International Sales/ Exports in Asia or Middle East for Cable products is Must.
