Total Positions- 01

CTC Offered- USD 25000 to 35000 equivalents to INR 12.5 to 18.00 lacks Per Annum (Net Salary – USD 2300 to 2500 / Month)

Location- Medan, Indonesia (4th largest City of Indonesia with Metropolitan population exceeding 4 million.)

Age Group- 31 to 42 years.

Total Experience- 10 to 20 years.

Qualification- BE - Mechanical Engineering

Industry- Chemical

Product- Soap

Management-   L03 Senior

Responsibilities-

1.       To identify and plan Services & Processes required to various installations, which directly affect Quality and Productivity and to ensure that these processes are carried under controlled conditions to deliver World Class Quality Products at The Highest Efficiency Levels.

2.       To establish and maintain documented procedures to control, calibrate and maintain inspection, measuring and testing equipment used in the company.

3.       Responsible for setting up the appropriate maintenance programs for machine and equipment in coordination with Engineers in maintenance.

4.       To bring machine downtime.

5.       To perform supervisory function for his personnel.

6.       To evaluate what has been accomplished of plans and identify deviations and recommend suitable corrective action.

Candidate Profile-

BE  Mechanical Engineering  Min 10 years’ of experience in a similar field out of which Min 5

                                        years’ experience in Maintenance of Saponification Plants, Toilet

                                        and Laundry Soap Lines.

-        Exposure to Preventive Maintenance Program, TPM, 5-S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 Procedures, Inventory Management, Microsoft Projects etc.

  - Good command at English written and spoken

                               - Have Leadership Qualities

                                     - Good Technical, Analytical, Presentation, Follow Up & Negotiation

•        Responsible for design and implement systems to improve gear set processing flow,  assists in quality planning and implementation  of quality policy in accordance with plant guidelines and customer expectations.

•        Release and approve all gear developments while interfacing with gear technology and product engineering. Serve as gear manufacturing liaison to product engineering, supplier quality assurance, metallurgy and outside sourcing for gearing.

•        Should have knowledge on CAGE or KIMOS software to develop the Spiral Bevel Gear Set.

•        Develops resources for improvements in gear set processing by keeping abreast of technological innovations, provides training and instruction for development, manufacturing and assembly of the gear set.

•        Responsible for initiating actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformists relating to product, process and quality systems.

•        Control further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming gear sets until the condition has been corrected as defined by applicable procedures and or by delegation of Gear Technology

•        Develop and illustrate technology road map for key gear manufacturing processes over a 3 to 5 year horizon

•        Identify emerging technologies in the industry and evaluate applicability to for competitive advantage

Candidate Profile-

•        This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably mechanical, industrial or manufacturing engineering

•        At least 10 – 12 years field / plant / manufacturing in automotive industry at supervisory / managerial role

•        Solid understanding / technical know how in manufacturing engineering

•        Lean Manufacturing experience required. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification a bonus

•        Experience in the following skills:  project management, methods and techniques, strong interpersonal communication, influencing,  and strong PC software abilities are essential

•        Project Management certification or professional engineering registration is desirable

•        Knowledge of procurement, cost accounting or logistics (a plus)
