Total Positions- 01

CTC Offered- USD 35000 to 45000 equivalents to INR 17.50 to 22.50 lacks Per Annum Apart from Tax free indicative salary in USD you will also be entitled for benefits like local salary Furnished house, Car with driver, medical for self & family children education.

Location- Kenya.

Age Group- 31 to 40 years.

Total Experience- 10 to 15 years.

Qualification- CA

Industry- Chemical & Bulk Drugs.

Functional Area- Finance & Accounts.

Product- Accessories

Management- L04 Middle

Responsibilities-

Regional– East Africa:

• Overall accounting and financial management of the EA operations.

• Full responsibility for maintenance of accurate financial and accounting information and provision of the same on a timely basis

• Maintain healthy financial position of the company to support its growth

• Statutory and internal compliance

Local - Kenya:

Responsible for finance/accounts:

• Monitoring of the accurate maintenance of A/C and secretarial records

• Timely deliverance of MIS (Monthly P&L/Cash Flow/Balance Sheet) to management and as required from time to time

• Statutory and internal compliance

• Oversee warehousing/logistics and documentation operations

Candidate Profile-

10 years related working experience with FC experience.
Proficient in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, accounting.
Hands on Tally experience.
Broad understanding of statutory compliance issues in East Africa (eg, VAT, Tax returns, etc.)
Working experience in ERP.
Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualifications is must.
Apart from Tax free indicative salary in USD you will also be entitled for benefits like local salary Furnished house, Car with driver, medical for self & family children education

Important-

Report to: Administratively – Regional Head East Africa

Functionally – GM – Finance (Somochem International)

Manage/Supervise: Accounting staff within the Somochem and Somotex East Africa group.

Candidate Profile-

CA/ICWA (Inter or qualified)/MBA Finance with Work Experience

10+ years of experience is most desired

Experience in industries like Auto, Auto Ancillary, Capital Goods, FMCGs would be preferred

• Highly developed personal and professional ethics will be expected of the incumbent

• A strong learning orientation will be a plus

• Extremely good communication & negotiation skills

• Assertiveness

• Highly developed interpersonal skills
