Qualification- Any Graduate / MBA

Functional Area- Sales & Marketing

Management-   L04 Middle

Responsible  for Sales , Marketing and operation activities in Delhi NCR
Position Reports to Zonal Head
To achieve planed growth numbers in each of the channels and cover gaps.
To plan and implement promotion activities in coordination with marketing.
To manage the existing retail operation within the cost parameters, specified by the management and cover gaps in retail.
Inventory and account receivables management.
To develop good relationship with key business associates
To train develop and motivate staff.
The position would be responsible for efficient management of the company business in Delhi. This position is required to interact with all business associates to create a favorable growth environment. The position requires to constantly  explore new ways to grow business.

Candidate Profile-
Should have knowledge of Branch Operations and must have taken care of Branch operation for atleast 1 year.
Must have handled a team of atleast 3-4 people
Should have exposure  of 4-5 years of following channels
a)Channel Management ( Trade Dealer) must
b)Distributor must
c)Franchisee operation  must
d)Key Accounts ( Dept and Hyper working – Modern Trade)
f)Institutional Sales
Out of the above , he should have handled  channels (a,b,c )
Apart from ctc you will be eligible for Incentive (can be earned upto 100% of CTC).
