Total Positions- 01
CTC Offered- USD 25000 to 35000 equivalents to INR 12.50 to 17.50 lacks Per Annum
Location-Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Age Group- 35 to 45 years.
Total Experience- 8 to 15 years.
Qualification- Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma
Industry- Plastic & Packaging.
Functional Area- Quality Analysis.
Product- Plastics carry bags
Management- L04 Middle.
Responsibilities-
• Responsible to improve the process from raw materials receiving to Finished Goods loading
• Influence management's view of and buy-in to the value of effective controls in achievement of business objectives.
• Determine process improvement opportunities. Provide consulting to re-engineer and strengthen business processes.
• Using experience and interpersonal skills, coach team members to assure consistent, high quality project performance
• Gain acceptance of process efficiencies and obtain senior management buy-in to the value of strong control systems in achievement of business objectives. Provide solutions.
• Prepare formal reports for senior management expressing an opinion on the quality of control systems and incorporating agreed solutions to process gaps.
• To ensure all products produced in the facilities meeting required quality standard.
• Lead and supervise the QA department activities.
• Managing and preparation for all Internal Audits, Customer Audits and Compliance Audits.
• Customers liaison for all complaints/requirements
• Monthly management report of improvements Achieved in QA + Process within factory
• Ready to take other duties / projects / responsibilities as and when assigned
• MUST have experience in PLASTIC MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY.
Candidate Profile-
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Others), Chemistry, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): window, MS Excel, SAP.
• Required language English
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
