Responsibilities-
   Engaged in Sales of Time share Membership, monthly revenue forecast & keeping track of the output.
   Demonstrated excellence in motivating, training & driving the team to perform. 
   Client relationship and service management.
   Identifying new business opportunities & revenue enhancement.
   Understand the requirement of the individual Corporate and position our product accordingly.
   Maintaining PR with the various departments (HR, Administration, Marketing & Sales etc) to maximize on business opportunities.
   Work closely with the client contact to address the overall requirement.
Need based prioritization of client deliverables.
   Communicate and delegate client requirements to the Resorts for proper implementation.
   Ensure fast turnaround time with regards to client queries.

Responsibilities-
Area Of Accountability: To lead a team of engineers and execute projects with focus on time and quality.
To prepare and issue designs, drawings, and parts lists to support production programmes and new product development plans.
Major Responsibilities:
1.Ensure execution of the project with time and resource management, while providing technical guidance to the engineers.
2.Liaise with internal departments and customers in project specific technical issues, ensuring resolution of the same.
3.Initiate the Design Review, Design for Manufacture and Design for Assembly processes
4.To help in program development budgets (including: Tooling, Prototypes, Testing Costs, Field Test Units, Homologation Units and Completing CER’s)
5.Define part numbers and assembly structures for input into Bills of Materials (BoM’s)
6.Liaise with Test & Development department to ensure that all necessary testing is undertaken.
7.Assist warranty department with evaluation of failures and ensure no known problems are carried over into new designs
8.Create and complete Product Change Requests (PCR’s) and Engineering Change Notes (ECN’s)
Performance Measures:
•Interpretation of customer needs, ability to define specifications and provide information within set deadlines
•Timely and accurate completion of Project.

Candidate Profile-
Should be BE / ME with 7 to 12 yrs of relevant experience. Mechanical engineering parts design / validation / application engineering exposure with FEA Knowledge. Having worked in Solid Graphics / Unigraphics Environment

•Mechanical Engineering Graduate / post graduate
•5-7 years minimum graduate experience preferably within the automotive (truck/trailer) industry
•A good knowledge of suspension systems
•Strong CAD and FEA skills (preferably Solidworks and Ansys) and ability to carry out complex engineering calculations
•Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work within a project management environment
•Knowledge of Automotive & Commercial Vehicle market.
•Commitment to continuous improvement and development.

Important-

Candidate must have handled design of: Axle / Suspension / Torsion Bar / Shock-Absorber / Engine / Transmission / Automotive Chassis / Crankshaft / forged components / Hydraulics.
