#Job- VP-Works, Tyre, North India, 20-30 yrs, 35.0 LPA+



1     Job Position: VP – Works
    
 Location – North region in India

An engineer with over 20 years’ experience in managing a large manufacturing plant employing over 1000 employees and engaged in a chemical process. Of that work experience, at least 5 years should have been as head of plant overseeing all plant functions such as production, maintenance, materials, quality, plant accounts, commercial and HR etc. He must have excellent leadership, team management and people management competencies. He must be fully acquainted with all processes involved in manufacturing excellence such as TPM, Kaizan, and TQM etc.

Since he will be heading a tyre manufacturing plant, having some senior level manufacturing experience in a tyre manufacturing plant would be very distinct advantage.


The person must have an engineering/chemical engineering degree from an institute/university of repute. Some added qualification in rubber technology is highly preferred.

Age around 45- 50 years

Compensation – as per industry norms (around 55 LPA)

Persons drawing below Rs. 30 Lacks pa and below Plant Head level of fairly large company should not be considered.

Responsibilities-
You will be responsible for new businesses i.e. Aerobics Centers, Clubs.
This person will be responsible for revenue generation via new memberships/ new revenue streams.
Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new customers.
Corporate Sales.
Working with a team of regional sales manager and gym branch managers & managing new leads for membership.
Sales training for gyms staff.
-Reporting to VP Marketing

Candidate Profile-
Ten Years or more with an established track record in selling Products or Services.
Successfully managed a team of sales force.
Successfully demonstrated business skills related to budgeting, training, hiring, writing, presentation and selling products/services to clients.
Capable of establishing and meeting goals and objectives for the sales force and distributors .
Ability to analyze data and prepare succinct reports.
Job involves travel with in India.
