Qualification- BTech / B.E + MBA

Functional Area- Sales / Business Development / Client Servicing.

Responsibilities-

           There are 2 positions each in New Delhi and Chennai 

You will be handling a few dealers in North and South India respectively

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Execution:

·        Sales Forecasting and planning to achieve targeted Volume and Market Share in the assigned territory.

·        Plan and implement channel and marketing activities based on an understanding of competitor product portfolio, market trend, and customer segment.

·        Implementation and monitoring of sales process at dealerships and follow up for the same as per norms.

·        Manpower Availability & Training:

·        Ensure that Manpower, Infrastructure and processes at dealerships follow HMFCL norms.

·        Train the Dealer Sales Team on pre-sales and sales processes, new product features / modification etc.

·        Liaison with Financers:

·        Retail finance management by monitoring liquidation of stock at assigned dealerships to ensure timely payment by financiers and channeling of funds back into the system.

·        Competition Tracking:

·        Ensure tracking of Competition information and working counteraction to ensure targeted Volume and market Share.

·        Customer Interaction:

·        Meeting Customers to understand the Market, issues, concern and any new developments in the market place.

·        Marketing:

·        Understand ATL/BTL activities as per the customer segmentation.

Candidate Profile-

Preferred Education Background B.Tech / B.E + MBA Experience  3-6 years in Sales with exposure to automobile sales. Passenger cars exposure is most preferred. Local market experience is must.

Remuneration

INR - Indian Rupees 600000 - 700000

Qualification- Diploma / BE (Mechanical /Automobile)

Functional Area- Customer Service Deliver/ Sales & Marketing

Management-   L04 Middle

Responsibilities-

Responsible for customer support by maintaining appropriate stock level, ensuring quality & bringing down the rejection level.

          Scheduling

?        Monthly schedule and commitment will be provided by , judiciously plan & execute the schedules

?        Need to coordinate with TM personnel for following:

?        To ensure GRN is made for all axles and Brakes which are in-warded at -Lucknow.

?        To get four weeks split from monthly schedule and monitor with dispatches

?        To get day wise vehicle rolling plan and match with stock and commitment

•        Stock of Axles/Brakes

?        One week stock will be maintained. Any excess stock should be brought to the notice of Marketing team for further action

?        Non moving axles and brakes have to be identified and to report to Marketing team.

?        Stock statement has to be given by every weekend (on some specific day)

•        Quality

?        Any rejection should be brought to the notice to QA team within 12 hours and action to be initiated

•        Finance

?        Bills have to submitted to accounts payable at TM.

?        Processing of payment to be closely followed

?        Reconciliation of debit notes has to be followed

?        Need to get CFORMS payable list

•        Stillages

?        Accounting of spillages have to be monitored

?        Empty pallets return have to be monitored with transporter

Candidate Profile-

•        Diploma / BE (Mechanical /Automobile)

•        Work experience in Automotive Industry

•        5-7 yrs of experience in the field of sales & marketing.
