Responsibilities-
There are 2 positions each in
New Delhi and Chennai
You will be handling a few dealers in North
and South India respectively
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Execution:
Sales Planning & Execution:
·
Sales Forecasting and planning
to achieve targeted Volume and Market Share in the assigned territory.
·
Plan and implement channel and
marketing activities based on an understanding of competitor product portfolio,
market trend, and customer segment.
·
Implementation and monitoring
of sales process at dealerships and follow up for the same as per norms.
·
Manpower Availability &
Training:
·
Ensure that Manpower,
Infrastructure and processes at dealerships follow HMFCL norms.
·
Train the Dealer Sales Team on
pre-sales and sales processes, new product features / modification etc.
·
Liaison with Financers:
·
Retail finance management by
monitoring liquidation of stock at assigned dealerships to ensure timely
payment by financiers and channeling of funds back into the system.
·
Competition Tracking:
·
Ensure tracking of Competition
information and working counteraction to ensure targeted Volume and market
Share.
·
Customer Interaction:
·
Meeting Customers to
understand the Market, issues, concern and any new developments in the market
place.
·
Marketing:
·
Understand ATL/BTL activities
as per the customer segmentation.
Candidate Profile-
Preferred Education Background B.Tech / B.E + MBA
Experience 3-6 years in Sales with exposure to automobile sales.
Passenger cars exposure is most preferred. Local market experience
is must.
Remuneration
INR - Indian Rupees 600000 - 700000

established Indian Organization. They have introduced number of vehicles over
last two decades.
