CTC Offered- USD 30000 to 40000 equivalents to INR 15.0 to 20.00 lacks Per Annum Apart from tax free salary you will be entitled for house, transportation, medical, air tickets.

Location- Jakarta, Indonesia.
Age Group- 25 to 35 years.
Total Experience- 6 to 12 years.
Qualification- CA/CPA/CIA/CISA/
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Business Administration + Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and/or MBA is essential.
Industry- FMCG Manufacturing.

Responsibilities-
  • Support & assist the Head of Internal Audit in the execution of his key areas of responsibility.
  • Internal Audit Representative to Functional areas of accountability, manage across multiple audits.
  • Participate in the Annual Audit Plan & related risk assessment activities.
  • Direct the work of field audit teams & provide performance evaluations.
  • Be a mentor & guide to audit team.
  • Perform the Level 2 review of audit work papers to ensure audit work papers are in accordance with the Internal Audit Manual & support the findings & recommendations to management.
  • Participate in developing audit programs & provide guidance to the audit team in the audit design, implementation & close out of audits including management recommendations and reports Evaluate internal controls, interpret field audit results, and determine root cause(s) for issues.
  • Provide value-added recommendations to management regarding controls & business practices.
  • Provide oversight to staff including talent acquisition, retention, development, and performance evaluation.
  • Audit Coordinator & Audit Representative to client being audited Manage the day to day work of field audit teams Reviewing audit universe for inclusion or exclusion of new entities.
  • Develop audit working papers in accordance with departmental standards to complete the audit work and to support the audit finding & recommendations to management.
  • Maintain a current knowledge base of audit industry practices and to ensure best practices as always considered.
  • Performed all assigned audit duties in manner that reflects the highest professional standards and complies with the guidelines of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
  • Participate in a variety of special projects and assist in special assignment upon request.
  • Assist Head of Internal Audit in preparing periodic IA metrics, heat maps & other KPI dash board for monthly reporting.
  • Implement and monitor the open audit recommendation & provide periodic updates to Head of IA.

Candidate Profile-
  • Bachelor’s degree. Professional certification (CA, CPA, CIA, CMA, CISA) and/or MBA is essential.
  • CIA is essential either pursuing or completed.
  • Ability to travel 40% (domestic and international).
  • Excellent communication skill with proficiency in English.
  • Six Sigma certification holder (Green belt or Yellow Belt) will be preferred.
  • Experience in Trading and Manufacturing industries.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant audit experience preferably in public accounting and / or large MNC internal auditing and an understanding of auditing techniques Supervisory experience in leading a team of around 3-4 auditors/team members.
  • At least 1-2 years in a Managerial role is mandatory.

A person who has the ability to be innovative, focused and prepared to take our audit services to a new level Strong functional skills, the right blend of business savvy, experience working as a team leader, technologies savvy, and experience in implementing best practices Strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to think strategically Superb time management and organization skills Experience auditing or working in SAP environment is highly desirable High level of operational knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is desirable.
