Qualification- PGDM/MBA-Marketing Preferred

Responsibilities-

•        This position is for their Timeshare Division for Delhi region based at Gurgaon office

Responsible for branch administration-

•        Planning, organizing and directing sales team in achievement of Sale target.

•        Ensure revenue target distribution among the team & achievement of the same.

•        Ensure revenue target distribution among the team & achievement of the same.

•        Recruiting, Training, Motivating and Mentoring by providing Sales training and support to the team member.

•        Branch Cost and Profitability.

•        Managing Sales promotion & Marketing activities.

•        Corporate vendor development.

•        Building strong relationship with HNI clients and corporate.

•        Strict compliance to all business reports.

•        Ensure the excellent client relationship and service management.

Candidate Profile-

Experience atleast 6 to 8 Years. Location at Delhi NCR only. should be in Graduate, PG/ MBA Marketing Preferred

Should be from Advertising, MR, PR, Travels and Timeshare holidays.
