Location- Pune

Age Group- 25 to 35 years.

Total Experience- 5 to 15 years.

Qualification- BE (Civil)

Industry- Construction/Engineering/Cement/Metals

Functional Area- Site Engineering / Project Management

Product- Reality

Management-   L04 Middle Management.

Responsibilities-

·         Assisting the Sr. Billing Engineer on various construction projects

·         Analyzing the requirements of the project and preparing the estimations accordingly

·         Inviting quotations from vendors for materials and services and suggesting the management team about the most cost-effective option.

·         Preparing cash flow reports and BOQ (Bill of quantities) for the organization and reporting them to the team lead

·         Interpretating tenders/ contracts of or for the clients

Candidate Profile-

BE (Civil) / Diploma in Industrial Safety with 5-15 years in Construction industry will fit the role.
